Because our plans are delivered as instant digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the file has been accessed or downloaded. This is standard practice for digital products.

Exceptions:

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading your file, please contact us at info@catiospaces.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.
